Thanks to a neighbor for scouring the Internet to find the City of Newport News fiscal year 2011 budget. City officials in Newport News have kept their vision for its citizens and tourists. They successfully run Newport News Golf Club at Deer Run. The fund breaks even as best as I can read this. CLICK on the images twice to enlarge.
