Drummer of “1964 The Tribute” Arrested on Outstanding Warrants

UPDATE: Chesapeake Police arrested “1964 The Tribute” drummer, Terence Steven Manfredi (Ringo) for failure to appear in court for nonpayment of child support.


According to police spokeswoman, Aisha Johnson the drummer of “1964 The Tribute” was arrested yesterday at Festival in the Park after the band had finished their concert.  Arrested was Terence Steven Manfredi, age 51 of West Jefferson, North Carolina.  He was arrested on two outstanding warrants, each warrant was a capias.  A capias is issued when you fail to appear in court.  The warrants were out of Chesapeake, VA. Johnson advised that the Chesapeake Courts would have to be contacted to find out why he was to appear in court and the original charges.
