Live streaming of Cuccinelli’s testimony before U.S. House Judiciary Committee

RICHMOND (February 15, 2011) – Tomorrow, February 16, at 9:30 a.m., Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli will testify before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee on the constitutionality of the individual health insurance mandate.

The testimony will be carried live on the Judiciary Committee’s web site at judiciary.house.gov. Video will stream live five minutes before the start of hearing. C-SPAN has not yet indicated whether it will cover it. 

This office will send out the attorney general’s full written remarks Wednesday morning during the hearing. He will deliver five minutes of opening remarks followed by questions from the committee members.
