Mumpower receives endorsement from The Farm Team

As a member of The Farm Team and Chairwoman of the Sixth Congressional Democratic Committee it is my honor and privilege to announce The Farm Team’s endorsement of Ginger Mumpower. Ginger is a candidate for the recently vacated seat in the 8th District of the House of Delegates of the Virginia General Assembly.

Ginger is a small business owner, a mother, and an active community member of the Greater Roanoke Valley. Most of us in the Valley know her simply as Ginger. She has been an integral part of the fabric of our community for years. We shopped in her store because “Ginger’s” became synonymous with quality, integrity, and great service. These are attributes that she will take with her to the General Assembly.

I have known Ginger for over twenty years. Over those two decades I have admired her fortitude as she managed to build her business, raise her family and contribute to her community. As a business woman, a community leader and a friend Ginger has always accessible. I know that as she represents the 8th District she will be accessible to her constituents. Simply put, Ginger is one of us and she will listen to us and represent us. I am proud to call her my friend and know the citizens of the 8th District will be proud to call her their Delegate.
