Public Policy Polling – Craigh Deeds Opens Up Lead at 40%

CHARLOTTESVILLE – Virginia gubernatorial candidate Creigh Deeds has jumped to a double-digit lead over Terry McAuliffe and Brian Moran.  Deeds is now at 40%, followed by Terry McAuliffe at 26%, and Brian Moran at 24%. Since PPP’s last poll Deeds has gained 13% while his opponents have each gone up by just 2%.

“We continue to build momentum all across the Commonwealth,” said Joe Abbey, Campaign Manager.  “We’re fighting for every vote in every community across Virginia and continue to ask new voters to join our campaign.  Our grassroots volunteers are working hard across the state to get-out-the-vote for Creigh Deeds on June 9.”

Deeds will embark on the last day of his 16-stop get-out-the-vote tour across Virginia with stops in Danville, Martinsville, Bristol, Roanoke, and Charlottesville.
